Where is my data?

Calendars created in Quando are stored on your device and sync through your iCloud. System calendars stay connected to their own services. See our privacy policy for details.

How do I get my calendars on several devices?

Use the same Apple Account and enable iCloud on each device. Syncing needs a connection: changes made offline are sent when you’re back online. On iPhone, check its status in Settings → Data → Sync.

Can I use my Google, iCloud, or Exchange calendars?

Yes. First add the account in iOS, iPadOS, or macOS settings. Then open Quando’s settings, enable “System calendars,” and allow calendar access.

Why doesn’t dictation start on Mac?

Check that you have Quando Pro and have allowed access to the microphone and speech recognition. In System Settings → Keyboard, also check that Dictation is on, then try again.

How do I import or export a calendar?

Open “Import and export” in Quando’s settings. Import an .ics file into an existing calendar or create a new one. To use a Quando calendar elsewhere, export it in the same format.

Why don’t I get an alert for an event?

Check that the event has an alert and that Quando notifications are allowed in your device settings. If the event comes from another device or a system calendar, open Quando to update the events and schedule their alerts.

How do I delete my data?

On iPhone, open Settings → Data → “Delete all data.” On Mac and iPad, find “Delete everything…” in the Account section of settings. This deletes calendars and events created in Quando and syncs the deletion to your other devices through iCloud. It does not delete events from system calendar services.

Can I share a calendar or invite someone?

Quando doesn’t currently support sharing its calendars or sending invitations.
